Once we have a clear idea of your needs, our team will craft a custom itinerary based on your budget and availability.
Some tour components are limited, especially during peak times, so early planning is advised—especially for larger groups. However, we're always ready to explore alternatives if necessary.
After you review the proposed itinerary, a deposit will be required to secure the limited services and lock in the price. The final payment will be due two months before the trip. Throughout this process, we'll continue refining the details to ensure everything is perfect for your adventure.
Payment Options
We offer flexible payment options for your convenience. Payments can be made via wire transfer or check to our business account in Miami. We also have a local account in Ecuador and can accept credit card payments in the U.S. Please note that any fees associated with these payment methods are the responsibility of the client.
